This website is run by EGFR Positive Lung Cancer UK (Charity No. 1189722), Tower Cottage, Steep Marsh, Petersfield GU32 2BP, as part of the campaign for the documentary Our Lungs: Time to Breathe.

EGFR Positive Lung Cancer UK is the data controller for all personal information collected and used in connection with the site and the film campaign. This includes:

  • general enquiries;

  • screening requests;

  • mailing-list subscriptions;

  • campaign communications;

  • information required for the secure and effective operation of the website; and

  • personal information contained in the documentary and its associated production materials, including footage, still photographs, interviews and contributor records, which belong to EGFR Positive Lung Cancer UK.

Sarah Li, the film's director, worked on the production of the documentary and is credited accordingly, including by Fazed Pictures, her production company. Fazed Pictures does not own or control the film, its assets, or any personal information connected with it. Sarah Li does not independently control any personal information in connection with this microsite or the documentary.

GoDaddy

GoDaddy Web Hosting, provided by GoDaddy.com, LLC, may provide hosting or related services. Personal information processed may include information communicated while using the service, device information, usage information and online identifiers.

5. International transfers

Screening requests

  • make and administer screening arrangements;

  • deal with any follow-up matters;

  • demonstrate and evaluate the reach and impact of the film campaign.

Where a screening does not proceed, information that is no longer required will normally be deleted or securely disposed of in accordance with EGFR Positive Lung Cancer UK's retention arrangements.

Where a screening does proceed, some information may need to be retained for longer where this is required for legal, contractual, accounting, reporting or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

EGFR Positive Lung Cancer UK will periodically review screening information and will not retain identifiable personal information for longer than is reasonably necessary.

Mailing-list information

Mailing-list information is retained while you remain subscribed. Limited suppression information may be retained after you unsubscribe so that your preference not to receive further marketing communications can be respected.
